Karl Weissenborn

Karl Weissenborn is a seasoned landscape architect with extensive experience in infrastructure project management and design. Since August 2014, Karl has served as the Senior Landscape Architect and LA Group Manager at Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH). Prior to this role, Karl was the Owner/President of KEW Consulting Services, Inc. from July 2010 to August 2014, focusing on project management and consulting for planning, design, and construction of infrastructure projects. Between 2006 and 2010, Karl worked at HNTB as the Department Manager of Urban Design & Planning in Minneapolis, leading projects that garnered public support for complex infrastructure initiatives. Karl's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Landscape Architect/Project Manager at the Minnesota Department of Transportation from 1995 to 2006, where responsibilities included managing consultant contracts and overseeing environmental studies. Karl holds a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota, earned in 1990.
