Krystal Alvarez

Krystal Alvarez has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Insurance Business Processes at Slide since September 2024, following a role as Business Process Consultant and Senior Business Process Manager at Seibels from June 2021. Previously, Krystal held several positions at Team Focus Insurance Group, including Commercial Lines - Insurance Service Center Supervisor and Commercial Lines - Customer Service Representative I. Earlier career roles involved being Underwriting Team Lead and Underwriter II at CYA Insurance, and an Office Manager/2-20 Insurance Agent. Krystal also gained experience in accounts payable and receivable, as well as customer service management at various companies. Krystal's education includes studies at the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota from 2004 to 2005.
