Shauna Mace, CHPC™️, currently serves as Managing Director and Head of Practice Management at SEI, where the focus is on helping advisors and their teams achieve professional and personal growth through actionable insights and programs. As the Founder and consultant at Inspire Growth, Shauna partners with firms and individuals to develop comprehensive business growth plans tailored to deliver effective results. Previously, in the role of Executive Director of Sales Strategy and Analytics at FS Investments, strategic leadership was provided to enhance distribution and meet sales goals. Early career experiences include roles in marketing and public relations, culminating with an education that includes a BA in Political Science from Villanova University and a Digital Media certificate from Moore College of Art and Design.
