Majd Maksoud

Majd Maksoud's work experience starts in 2018 when they worked at Al-Mounkez Software as a Technical-Support, where they installed and configured computer systems, troubleshooted hardware and software issues, and provided remote support to clients. In 2019, they joined Bait Alfreej Commercial Brokers Est as a Data Entry Clerk. At Seidor MENA starting from October 2020, Majd is currently working as a Cloud Operations Engineer, designing and implementing secure and high availability environments for hosting SAP ERP Systems on Amazon Cloud. They also have experience in deploying and managing highly available and scalable solutions on AWS cloud services such as EC2, RDS, and S3.

Majd Maksoud completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications at Damascus University, with an end year of 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, Majd obtained the following:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in June 2020.

- Course Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from CCIT (Syria _ Damascus) in January 2019.
