Satu Ylisiurua-Hemminki

Satu Ylisiurua-Hemminki is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer at 2M-IT Oy and the City of Seinäjoki, Satu also holds positions as a member of the Supervisory Board at LähiTapiola Keskinäinen Henkivakuutusyhtiö and Korpisaaren Säätiö, as well as board member and vice-chair at Into Seinäjoki Oy. Satu's expertise is further leveraged through active memberships in regional councils and committees, including the Economic and Investment Committee of the South Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Area. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from the University of Turku, along with advanced training in various governance and management programs.
