Carlos Gonzalez

Carlos Gonzalez has over 20 years of experience in the injection molding industry. Carlos began their career in 1997 as a Product and Process Engineer at Davol Surgical Innovations. In 1998 they became Molding Senior Manager at Epson de Juarez S de RL de CV, where they managed two plants with 60 machines and 2500 operators. In 2013 they moved to MAHLE as an Injection Molding Coordinator, and in 2016 they were appointed Injection Molding Manager at SEISA, where they were responsible for startup operations with 29 injection molding machines, validation of molding process of 200+ molds using scientific molding, OEE metrics and KPIs, budget control, tool room, machine and mold maintenance.

Carlos Gonzalez obtained a Master in Bussiness Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from (ITCH) Technological Institute of Chihuahua between 1989 and 1994.
