Santiago Medina

Santiago Medina has held various positions in the manufacturing industry since 2007. Santiago began their career at TECNOPAR S.A. DE C.V. as a Project Leader and Plant Manager Automotive, where they were responsible for the transfer of production lines from Fajardo Puerto Rico USA to Tlaquepaque Mexico. In 2011, they joined Sanmina as a Quoting Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Program Manager Sr. Santiago'sroles included demand, forecasting and quoting, business growth, contract management, plant integration, financial analysis, project evaluation, customer focus service, and decision making. In 2015, they became a Business Development Manager and Program Manager Team Leader at Flex. Finally, in 2017, they joined SEISA as a Director Business Development and Program Management. In this role, they were responsible for new and sustaining accounts, negotiations, strategies, value propositions and relationship with new customers. Santiago was also the Quoting Manager responsible for quoting activity for NPI programs with a specific focus on Financials and P&L, as well as the Global Account Management Team and Program Management Team.

Santiago Medina obtained a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Universidad Panamericana in 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Panamericana in 2006. In October 2021, they obtained a certification in Global Transfers in medical device manufacturing from Instituto Axis.
