The Office Manager will be based at our San Diego headquarters and be involved in company-wide projects and programs. This is an in-office position requiring this person to be in our San Diego office Monday-Friday.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute projects, including office moves, workplace technology implementations, and workplace programs around health and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for events in the San Diego office.
  • Onsite coordination for C-Suite meetings.
  • Design and plan social and community service events to reinforce and promote Seismic’s culture.
  • Ensure the office is clean, comfortable, and safe.
  • Function as a liaison between Seismic, building property manager, and other vendors.
  • Assist with the remote management of offices in other locations.
  • Source and manage vendors for amenities, repairs, and events.
  • Track expenses for office amenities, supplies, and events.
  • Train employees in proper use of office technology.
  • Assist visitors and guests to the office.
  • Stock kitchens and supply area.
  • Sort and distribute mail; assist with package receiving.
  • Place orders for snacks and supplies.
  • Other duties as necessary to insure smooth workplace operation.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Strong customer service focus.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment and work cross functionally across all departments.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
