Andrew Lucus

Andrew Lucus has extensive experience in both organizational leadership and coaching. Currently serving as Field Coordinator, Staff & Member Leader Development Strategist, and Lead Organizer at SEIU Local 503 since November 2009, Andrew's expertise includes advocating for member development and mobilization. Previous roles include CNA 2 at Pinnacle Health Care and coaching positions at Blanchet Catholic School, Jefferson School District, and South Lane School District, where Andrew developed skills in team strategy and player development. Andrew's foundational education includes a High School Diploma from Cottage Grove High School and coursework at Lane Community College.
