Andrew Hilt

Andrew Hilt is an experienced professional in organizing and government relations, currently serving as an Internal Organizing Business Agent and Chief Shop Steward for SEIU Local 668 since January 2019. Hilt's previous roles include Disability Claims Adjudicator with the PA Department of Labor and Industry, and Member Organizer for SEIU Local 668, where outreach and political organizing among members were key responsibilities. Additional experience encompasses government relations and consulting roles with organizations including Hilt Strategies, Philadelphia Gas Works, and the American Diabetes Association, where significant advocacy efforts were made. Andrew Hilt holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Public Policy from Penn State University and Capital College, having previously excelled as a Research Analyst for the Senate of Pennsylvania.
