Sharyn Riddle

Sharyn Riddle is a seasoned professional in retail management with extensive experience in operations and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation at SEJ Services since March 2023, Riddle previously held the position of General Manager at Lidl US from November 2016 to March 2023, overseeing a team of 30 associates and managing HR functions. Prior to Lidl, Riddle was General Manager at Aldi for six years, focusing on store operations, budget management, and staff development.
