Andrie Firdaus

Andrie Firdaus is an experienced professional in human resources and business development, currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Head of Human Resources at Sekolah Cikal since August 2017. Previously, Andrie held the position of Head of HR & GA at PT. Solusi Global Mandiri from June 2015 to December 2016, overseeing HR management processes. Andrie also worked as an Organization Development Analyst at Sinar Mas Land from April 2014 to June 2015, where responsibilities included enhancing employee productivity and corporate job grading. Earlier career experience includes serving as the People & Organization Development Section Head at ASSA RENT from February 2011 to April 2014, focusing on developing performance management systems. Andrie holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Universitas Airlangga, received in 2007.
