Jan Störkel

Jan Störkel has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2013, they started their career as a Motion Designer at 10hoch16 and later joined TRIAD Berlin as a Graphic- & Motion Designer. In 2016, they embarked on a freelance journey called "Design Walz," working as a freelance designer in different parts of the world.

In 2020, Jan co-founded circolution GmbH, initially serving as the Head of Marketing and Communications and later taking on the role of Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Partnerships. Jan also built a company at soulincubator during this time.

Jan's commitment to sustainability led him to work as a Circular Economy Consultant, conducting assessments for the hospitality and agriculture sectors across Europe. Jan is currently associated with Climate Fresk as a Facilitator, actively contributing to enhancing the climate fresk experience. Jan is also a member of Circular Berlin.

Jan Störkel's education history begins in 2010 when they spent a semester abroad in Argentina, studying Graphic Design at Universidad de Palermo. Jan then pursued a degree in Communication Design at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012, earning a Diplom. In 2022, they attended the Circular Economy Institute and obtained a certification as a "Circular Economy Specialist." Jan also completed additional certifications, including becoming Circular Economy Trained through the Circular Economy Institute and completing a course titled "The Circular Economy (for entrepreneurs)" on Udemy. Additionally, they obtained a "Certificado Español B1" from telc GmbH - The European Language Certificates in June 2012.
