Paul Derby is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business communications systems and SharePoint administration. Currently serving as a Business Communications Systems Analyst at SELCO Community Credit Union since November 2019, Paul oversees various business communication platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Genesys systems, while managing system operations and compliance. Previous roles include SharePoint Business Systems Analyst and SharePoint Administrator, with significant contributions at organizations such as KPI-JCI and Astec Mobile Screens, Sanofi, and Nolan Transport. Paul has a solid technical background that encompasses IT systems administration, helpdesk services, and project management, having managed numerous successful desktop and server deployment projects. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dublin City University.
