Tammy Vanlandingham, CAM, CAPS, HCCP has over 25 years experience in property management. Tammy started their career as an Assistant Property Manager at Dakor Property Management in 1995 and then moved on to Inner City Investments as an Assistant Property Manager. In 1996, they joined CAPREIT, Inc. as an Assistant Community Manager before being promoted to Community Manager in 1998. Tammy stayed with CAPREIT, Inc. for over 15 years, eventually becoming an Area Manager. In 2013, they joined Sherman Associates as the Metro Lofts Property Manager and then moved to Conlin Properties in 2015 as a Regional Property Supervisor. Currently, they work as a Community Business Manager at Seldin Company, a position they have held since 2016. Tammy Vanlandingham is highly experienced and has a diverse skill set in property management.
Tammy Vanlandingham attended Sonoma State University from 1992 to 1994 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Since then, they have acquired three additional certifications: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) from the National Apartment Association in 2008, Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) from the National Apartment Association in 2010, and Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) from HCCP in 2016.
