Sadiqeh Agah

Sadiqeh Agah has extensive experience in talent acquisition and office management, currently serving as Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Opendoor since February 2018, where previous roles included Lead Recruiting Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position as Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer at AltSchool, where Sadiqeh supported the Director of Recruiting and trained interviewers, as well as serving as Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Columbia University Medical Center, improving fellowship candidate interviewing processes. Sadiqeh also held the role of Associate Director of Education at Sylvan Learning Center, successfully recruiting and mentoring staff, alongside positions in project coordination and administrative support at various organizations. Educational background includes an Associate of Science in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College.
