Jon Keller

Jon Keller has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon started their career in 1996 at the US Postal Service, where they served as an IT Manager and played a key role in implementing SAP HR and other components. During their tenure, they designed and received a patent for resource management systems and methods.

In 2008, Jon joined Cargill, a global food corporation, where they held various management positions. Jon served as a Solution Build Lead, taking charge of Cargill's enterprise SAP solution development. Jon also served as the Business Relationship Management Lead and later as the Group CIO for Cargill's Animal Nutrition and Fats, Oils, and Bio-Industrial Enterprise.

In 2020, Jon became a member of the Board of Advisors at Cp Contractors, providing valuable insights and guidance to the company.

While still at Cargill, Jon co-founded and became the owner of Wild Water Bar & Grill LLC in 2020. The restaurant focuses on quality, service, and community and supports veterans' programs and local initiatives with 50% of its profits.

Jon's most recent role is with SELECCIÓN Consulting, where they serve as the Vice President of Global Strategy & Advisory. Jon also held the position of Vice President for the Midwest Region of the USA.

Jon also has experience serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for Format Solutions, a Cargill brand, from 2021 to 2022.

Throughout their career, Jon has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for community involvement.

Jon Keller attended the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Management Information Systems, General. In 2023, they obtained a certification as a Certified Change Management Coach from Reframe Consulting Group.
