Annette Monaccio

Annette Monaccio serves as the Director of Specialty Services at Select Medical, overseeing the Banner PT ReVital Program and coordinating hand therapy and pelvic floor physical therapy programs in Arizona since December 2016. Prior to this role, Annette contributed as a Board Member for the Arizona Chapter of the American Cancer Society from May 2018 to December 2022. Annette also owned and operated Dynamic Rehab Hand Therapy, Inc. from July 2001 to December 2016, providing comprehensive therapy services across two locations in the East Valley. Annette earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University New York between 1989 and 1991.
