Chester Willis II

Chester Willis II began their work experience in 2010 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where they served as an Adult Supplement Staffing PRN and a Medical Intensive Care Unit Nurse. In 2014, they joined HCA Healthcare as a Registered Nurse and Vascular Access Charge Nurse. In 2018, they moved to HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, where they held roles as a Vascular Access Manager, Director of Dialysis, and Rotational Manager. Currently, they work at Select Medical as the Director of Quality, starting in July 2022.

Chester Willis II completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health Care at Belmont University from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing from Valdosta State University in 2007. Chester also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Valdosta State University, which they earned between 2001 and 2005.
