Dawn Kennedy DPT OCS COMT FAAOMPT has extensive experience in physical therapy and academia. Currently serving as Adjunct Faculty at Saint Louis University since August 2019, Dawn also holds the position of Senior Physical Therapist and Coordinator of Clinical Services at Select Medical since March 2015. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Duke Doctor of Physical Therapy from November 2006 to May 2014 and Senior Physical Therapist at Duke University Health System from October 2007 to April 2014. Dawn earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
