Jodie Justofin

Vice President Program Marketing - Outpatient Division at Select Medical

Jodie Justofin, MBA, CWPC has extensive experience in strategic marketing and communications. Jodie currently holds the position of Vice President Program Marketing - Outpatient Division at Select Medical, where they started in September 2022.

Prior to that, Jodie served as a Board Member and Chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee at the Worksite Wellness Council of Massachusetts from 2021.

From 2013 to 2020, they were the Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications at Ascentria Care Alliance. In this role, they led the rebranding of the organization, including the development of a new brand, website, social media sites, integrated marketing campaigns, PR/media, and employee communication/participation. Jodie also established and ensured consistent brand standards across all platforms and media.

Jodie's previous experience includes working as a Sr. Marketing Consultant at Medscape from 2012 to 2013 and as the Sr. Director of Marketing for the Cancer Center at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2009 to 2011. During their time at Massachusetts General Hospital, they led the Marketing Department for the Cancer Center, overseeing strategic marketing, planning, research, branding, communications, traditional and digital/social media. Jodie also played a key role in developing and launching a ten-year strategic plan for the Cancer Center.

Jodie has also held positions at Saints Medical Center as the Vice President of Marketing and Planning from 2006 to 2008, UMass Memorial Medical Center as the Director/Dept. Manager of Marketing and Communications from 2002 to 2006, and Cambridge Health Alliance as the Associate Director of Marketing and Business Development from 1998 to 2002. In these roles, Jodie was responsible for managing marketing operations, developing marketing plans, and increasing patient volume for various healthcare organizations.

Through their work experience, Jodie has demonstrated strong leadership skills, the ability to build high-performing teams, and a strategic approach to marketing and communications.

Jodie Justofin, MBA, CWPC has an educational background that includes an MBA in Marketing (cum laude) from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BA in Advertising (cum laude) from Syracuse University. Additionally, Jodie holds a CWPC (Certified Worksite Wellness Professional) degree from Chapman Institute. Jodie has also obtained a certification as a Resilience & Thriving Facilitator from the National Wellness Institute in 2022.
