Justin Redmon

Justin Redmon is a seasoned IT professional with experience in remote systems support and help desk services. Currently serving as a Remote Systems Support Specialist Level 2 at Select Medical since January 2023, Redmon also provides customer service as a Help Desk Specialist at Caravan Health since April 2021. Previously, Redmon was a Data System Manager in the United States Marine Corps from December 2015 to January 2021, where responsibilities included training and supervising an IT team managing significant assets. Redmon participated in the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy as a student in late 2020, gaining valuable knowledge in IT systems management and cloud environments. Additionally, experience spans from supervising operations as an Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen from June 2011 to December 2015. Education was completed at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020.
