Stephanie Millspaugh MS, ATC, LAT is a seasoned professional in the field of athletic training and talent acquisition, currently serving as Senior Regional Recruiter for Select Medical Outpatient Division since October 2019. With a robust background in recruiting for leading physical therapy organizations, Stephanie has held managerial roles at The Atlas Group and Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, and has experience as a Clinical Recruiter at BenchMark Rehab Partners and Recruiting Manager at ATI Physical Therapy. Stephanie's early career includes significant experience as an athletic trainer with Concentra, the Indiana State Wrestling Association, and various roles during graduate studies at Ohio University. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University.
