Tyler Hale

Tyler Hale is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in physical therapy and management. Currently serving as a Market Manager at Select Medical since March 2016, Tyler oversees regional rehabilitation services in central and south Alabama, focusing on associate hiring, development, and growth objectives. Previous roles include Multi-Site Manager, where Tyler managed multiple outpatient facilities and launched an Outpatient Rehab at Home program, and Center Manager, responsible for patient care, financial performance, and operations. Prior to Select Medical, Tyler founded EXCEL THERAPY SERVICES LLC, successfully building and selling the business after achieving profitability within the first year. Tyler holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama.
