Tim Griffin

Vice President Human Resources at Select Milk Producers, Inc.

Tim Griffin began their career in 1997 as Vice President of Human Resources for Sysco Food Services of Kansas City. During their time there, they led and directed the integration of the entire Human Resources function, managed and developed a diverse staff of eight HR associates, achieved successful decertification of the Teamsters union, and collaborated with Operations staff to establish record productivity, quality, and safety levels. In 2009, they were promoted to Corporate Senior HR Director at Sysco, where they supported 750 associates in four business units, including 19 officers, and partnered with senior leaders to successfully establish two new functional areas. In 2017, they joined Grant Thornton LLP as Director of Human Capital Management and was responsible for transforming value. Tim then moved to Select Milk Producers as Vice President of Human Resources, where they partnered closely with the senior leadership team to acquire, develop, and engage capabilities, leadership, and talent to support the execution of the company's strategy.

Tim Griffin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in the field of Business/Industrial Relations. Tim also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
