Stephen Naismith

Stephen Naismith is a seasoned professional in the development management sector with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Select Property Group since April 2018, Stephen has previously held significant roles including Associate Director at Turner & Townsend and Senior Development Manager at Dandara Ltd. Prior to these positions, Stephen also worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Director and at Davis Langdon as an Associate. The early career at Northcroft as a Quantity Surveyor laid a solid foundation for Stephen's expertise, which is supported by a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford, obtained in 2001.
