Jef Gamino

Jef Gamino has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Data Scientist at Select Sires Inc. Their previous role was as a Programmer Analyst at World Wide Sires, Ltd., where they focused on creating modern dashboards and visual reporting using Power BI. As a Student, Jef worked as a freelance Data Analyst and Web Developer, participating in Kaggle.com competitions and practicing Python's data science libraries. Prior to that, they served in the US Army as an Airborne Infantry Soldier, where they gained valuable experience in mission-critical skills, logistics, and training. Jef was also selected to participate in multinational training operations abroad.

Jef Gamino pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Special Option at California State University, Fresno from 2018 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Jef obtained several certifications. Jef completed the "Machine Learning Engineer with Microsoft Azure Nanodegree" program at Udacity in September 2021. Jef also achieved certifications in various Python-related subjects, including "Building Tools with Python," "Learning Python," "Python for Data Visualization," and "SQL Essential Training," all from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in February 2020. Furthermore, Jef completed the "SQL: Data Reporting and Analysis" certification course through LinkedIn in February 2020 as well.
