Michalina N. Shuter

Michalina N. Shuter, Esq. is a Senior Trial Attorney at Selective Insurance since November 2023, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles including Senior Associate at Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP, where responsibilities included work within Long Term Care and Medical Malpractice Practice Groups. Prior to that, Michalina served as an Associate at Keane & Bernheimer, PLLC, and held the position of Litigation Associate at The Kurland Group. Early legal career experience includes being an Associate Attorney at Hurwitz Law Firm, where case review and trial preparation were key duties. Michalina also gained valuable insights as a Student Attorney at the Intellectual Property Law Clinic at the University of Maryland, and through summer law clerk roles at the Maryland Attorney General's Office and the Maryland State's Attorney's Office.
