Tim Veiga

Tim Veiga is an Operations Analyst at Selective Insurance, where responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis for over 1,000 open claims tickets in ServiceNow, implementing continuous improvement initiatives that earned the Claims Operations Team a recognition spotlight, and providing technical support to internal employees and vendor partners.
