Radek Chybicki

Radek started working with SelectView Data Solutions in January 2016 as a freelance programmer. He became our first remote employee and in June 2018 assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Radek’s biggest responsibility is ensuring that the software solutions provided by SelectView meet our customer’s business needs, offer great value and have the best possible architecture for the problems they solve.

Radek studied Computer Science at the University of Technology in Wroclaw, Poland. His path to becoming a Software Engineer started with a Consultant Programmer role at IT-Dev, a Gold Microsoft Partner company. Here Radek implemented and integrated a wide array of Microsoft products and technologies. Radek learned the ins and outs of building enterprise software solutions.

In 2010, Radek had an idea for an automated Business Intelligence and E-commerce system, so he quit his day job. Over the next 5 years, Radek built a small business around the solution he had created, only to conclude running a business kept him from programming, creating and engineering, the things he wants to do in life. Full of hope, he closed the company and went back to creating software solutions full time. This is when he joined forces with SelectView Data Solutions, to build solutions for the construction industry.

In his free time, Radek loves running, riding around on an electric skateboard, and having a delicious grilled Polish Kiełbasa (sausage) but not often enough to mess up his sport’s diet.
