Erik Timmer

Erik Timmer currently serves as the Head of Project Preparation and Engineering at SelektHuis since July 2023. Previously, Erik held the position of Director at SmartCasco.nl B.V. from April 2015 to July 2023, where the company specializes in delivering and constructing concrete shells based on a comprehensive concept. Prior to that role, Erik worked at TBI as the Head of Initiative & Concept from September 2013 to April 2015, overseeing the renewal and integration of concepts from market demand to construction start, including project coordination, development, buyer advice, preparation, engineering, estimation, and BIM-Revit drafting. Erik's earlier experience includes serving as the Marketing & Sales Director at Plegt-Vos Bouwgroep from September 2009 to September 2013, focusing on the development and execution of tenders. Erik's educational background includes studies in Technical Business Administration, Architecture, and Civil Engineering.
