Javier Mateos Ventura

Javier Mateos Ventura serves as the Director of Human Resources at Selena Group and Quilosa - Selena Iberia, S.L.U. since March 2016, overseeing personnel management and corporate culture across various regions including Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Africa, with a focus on Iberia. Additionally, Javier has been an MBA professor at IME Business School since November 2020 and has held significant HR roles at Primark Tiendas SLU, Diaverum, and Continental, where responsibilities included developing HR strategy, managing labor relations, and establishing HR departments for various organizations. Currently pursuing a PhD in Economics and Business Sciences at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, Javier holds multiple degrees in labor relations and risk prevention from esteemed institutions and is recognized for their expertise in HR optimization and communication.
