Sergio Tricamo

Sergio Tricamo is the General Manager for Italy at Selena Group since October 2024. Previously, Tricamo served as the Leader of International Markets and Operational Excellence at Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® Insulation from August 2017 to October 2024, where responsibilities included full P&L management for multiple regions, and membership on the European Leadership Team. Prior to that, Tricamo held various roles at Hilti from March 2006 to August 2017, including Country Manager Italy and Area Sales Manager, overseeing a sales team and significant P&L. Earlier experience includes Trade Product Manager at Esselte (November 2000 - February 2006) and a role in Accounts Payable at Hewlett-Packard (October 1999 - November 2000). Tricamo holds a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
