Sarah Shobut

Sarah Shobut is a dedicated legal support professional currently serving as a Legal Support Assistant at Alston & Bird since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Rutgers University - Newark as an Intergroup Dialogue Facilitator, Peer Mentor, and Peer Advisor, where responsibilities included planning the "Introduction to Legal Professions" course, mentoring new cohorts, and facilitating discussions. Additionally, Sarah was a Newman Civic Fellow at Campus Compact and served as an Advance & Briefing Intern for the Office of the Governor, focusing on improving team collaboration and event logistics. Sarah also gained experience as a Digital Management Intern at New American Leaders. Educationally, Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Rutgers University, completed in 2022.
