Jenny Bremner

Jenny Bremner is an accomplished fundraising and development professional with a strong background in resource development and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Giving & Strategic Investment at Self Enhancement, Inc. since February 2025, Jenny has focused on creating comprehensive fundraising plans and enhancing donor relationships. Prior to this role, Jenny was the Director of Development & Communication at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization from January 2009 to February 2025, where responsibilities included managing teams and implementing development plans that increased funding through public and private sources. Earlier positions include Development Manager and Youth Systems Coordinator, demonstrating a consistent trajectory in coordination and strategic planning. Jenny holds a Master's Degree from Portland State University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington.
