Ashley Endres

Ashley Endres currently serves as the Director of Broker Relations at Self Fund Health since March 2025 and is also a 300 Hour Yoga Instructor at Life Time Inc. since January 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Motive Coaching Club, established in June 2022, Ashley focuses on helping professionals and parents live healthier and feel better. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Element6Talent, Client Success Executive at Centivo, and Head of Partnerships at Amy MD WELLNESS. Additionally, Ashley held the position of Client Services Manager - Employee Benefits at M3 Insurance and was an Account Manager at National Insurance Services. A strong background in account management was further developed as the Director of Account Management at Froedtert Health and as a Store Manager at lululemon athletica. Ashley holds a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, earned between 2003 and 2007.
