Emma Foley

Emma Foley is currently working as a Senior Business Analyst at Self-Help Credit Union. Prior to this, Emma has held positions such as Independent Research Consultant, Research Analyst at National Low Income Housing Coalition, and Research Analyst at The Policy & Research Group. Emma also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at Duke University and has a Master of Public Policy degree from Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy. Emma has a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies--Sociology and Race/Ethnicity from Vassar College.
