Omar Divina

Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer at Self ID, Inc.

Omar Divina has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Omar is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Self ID, Inc. since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Founding Member and CEO of Pavilion, a role they held from July 2021 onwards. Omar was also a member of the New York Revenue Collective from June 2018 to June 2021 during their time at Pavilion.

Prior to Pavilion, Omar worked at Maestro as an Advisor from February 2022 to October 2022 and as the Chief Executive Officer from July 2020 to February 2022. At Maestro, they focused on developing a collaboration and insights platform for private equity firms.

Before Maestro, Omar held positions at Eigen Technologies, where they served as the Chief Revenue Officer from July 2019 to July 2020. Omar also worked as the VP of Sales and Account Management from November 2018 to July 2019. At Eigen Technologies, they led sales, account management, and delivery functions globally for the research-led AI company.

Omar also has experience as the Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at HyperScience from June 2017 to November 2018, where they focused on sales and customer success strategies.

Further back in their career, Omar worked at BetterWorks as the Head of BetterWorks New York from November 2013 to April 2017. Omar was responsible for leading and growing the New York City office, executing sales and customer success growth strategies in the Eastern US and international markets.

Prior to BetterWorks, Omar held roles at Badgeville, where they served as the Regional Vice President of Sales from April 2012 to October 2013, and as the Director of Sales, East from January 2011 to April 2012. At Socialtext, they worked as the Senior Sales Director for the Northeast Region from May 2007 to January 2011, leading sales and business development efforts.

Omar's early work experience includes roles at Sungard BRASS, where they were the Vice President of Client Services from November 2003 to May 2007, and at Assent, LLC, where they served as the Vice President of Professional Services from June 2002 to November 2003.

Throughout their career, Omar has demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, customer success, and leadership roles across various industries and companies.

Omar Divina holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Yale University. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy" from MIT Sloan Executive Education in February 2018.
