Jad Carson

Jad Carson is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Self Financial, Inc., Jad oversees the CBA team responsible for the Credit Builder Account product. Previous roles include Lead Software Engineer at Self, where Jad architected the Marketplace platform, and Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing multiple teams on large-scale projects. Jad's background includes software engineering positions at Carson Helicopters Inc., where design and development of testing software took place, and a product management role at Medacta USA. Jad holds a Master’s degree in Nanomaterials from Imperial College London and dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
