Jimmell R. Felder, MD, MBA, FAAP, DABOM has diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Jimmell R. is currently the Owner of New Creation Wellness, LLC since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Medical Director at Centene Corporation starting from June 2023. Jimmell R.'sprevious role at Self Regional Healthcare included serving as the Health Equity Taskforce Lead from June 2023 and as a Pediatrician from July 2016 to June 2023.
Jimmell R. Felder, MD, MBA, FAAP, DABOM completed their education history with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Duke University in 1996. Jimmell R. then pursued their medical degree, earning a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2003. In 2022, they furthered their education in the field of Business Administration and Management, General at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.

Self Regional Healthcare is an independent not-for-profit, regional referral hospital that provides care to 300,000 residents of Greenwood, Abbeville, Laurens, Saluda, McCormick, Edgefield and Newberry counties. The 450-bed hospital is located in the city of Greenwood, tucked between the Upstate and Midlands of South Carolina.
