Charles Manson has a wide range of work experience. From 2021 to present, they have been working as an AI Scientist for SelfDecode. In 2017, they were a Co-Founder of a deep learning start up using GANs to solve problems in image information extraction and manipulation. Charles also worked as a Contract Remote Developer for HSBC during the same year. In 2016, they worked as a Healthcare Assistant at NHS to better inform their graduate entry medicine application. From 2013 to 2011, they worked as a Consultant for AMEC and as a Risk Quantitative Analyst for Deutsche Bank. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as a PhD Student in Mathematics at the University of Warwick, specializing in Stochastic calculus, probability theory, PDE theory, and mathematical physics, supervised by Fields Medal winner Martin Hairer.
Charles Manson's education history includes obtaining a MMath from the University of Warwick in 2006, a MPhil Computational Biology from the University of Cambridge in 2006, and a Phd Mathematics from the University of Warwick in 2010. Manson also visited New York University in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained A-levels from Petroc in 1998-2000 in maths, further maths, additional further maths, physics, chemistry, and general studies.
