Val Prisecaru, MS CN

Val Prisecaru, MS CN has been working in the nutrition and nutrigenomics field for the past 20 years. In 2018, they began working as a Genetic & Microbiome Nutrition at Atlas Genetics Inc. and as a Nutrigenomics Researcher at Datapunk Bioinformatics, LLC. In 2019, they took on the role of Business Development Manager at Haven Hospice, where they were responsible for building and nurturing relationships with the local community and referring physicians. In 2020, they became a Functional Nutritionist at Two Roads Wellness Clinic and Program Director and Professor of Nutrigenomics at John Patrick University of Health and Applied Sciences. In 2021, they became a Health Consultant at SelfDecode and a Research & Development Consultant at EcoNugenics, Inc.

Val Prisecaru, MS CN obtained a Master's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1999 and 2002. In May 2021, Val Prisecaru, MS CN also obtained a Nutrition Certification from the Washington State Department of Health.
