Steven G. Tepper is the current General Counsel at Selfhelp Community Services. Prior to this, they were with Columbia Law School, and before that, they were a partner at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Steven began their legal career as an associate at Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine in August 1978 and became a partner there in 1986.
