Katie Chambers

Katie Chambers is an experienced educator, editor, and writer with a diverse background in both teaching and freelance editing. Currently the owner of Beacon Point Writing Services since May 2017, Katie also serves as a freelance editor for Self-Publishing School, having edited over 100 books. Previous teaching roles include high school honors English at Gilbert Public Schools and various English courses at Mesa Public Schools, where significant contributions included curriculum development, professional development workshops, and leadership in creative school projects. Katie holds a double major in English Education and Theatre and Speech Education, with a minor in Information Systems from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
