Benjamin Tyrer

Benjamin Tyrer has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2015. Benjamin began their career as Head of People at Crussh - Fit Food & Juice Bars in 2015, and then moved to HR Business Partner at Yopa Property in 2018. In 2019, they were People Director at Car & Classic and Cazana (prior to Cazoo acquisition). In 2021, they took on the roles of VP of People at Pando, Juno Health App, and Macademia, as well as Head of People at Selina Finance. In each role, they were responsible for a variety of tasks, such as designing and implementing a company bespoke L&D structure, partnering with Crussh operators to streamline employee coms, and offering a Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC).

Benjamin Tyrer's education history includes completing a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts (Acting) from North Hertfordshire College between 2004 and 2006, A Levels in Acting from Barnwell Secondary School in 2003-2004, and GCSEs in general subjects from Barnwell Secondary School between 1998 and 2003. Benjamin has also obtained several certifications, including a German Employment Law certification from FORUM Institut für Management GmbH in October 2021, a Mental Health First Aider certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in January 2021, an Introduction to Coaching certification from NLP Dynamics Ltd in December 2013, a Certificate in HR Management from HRD Online in February 2013, an EDI Level 4 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) from EDI in December 2011, a Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in March 2015, a HABC Level 2 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (QCF) from Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) in February 2014, and a Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health in March 2014.
