Agathe Fournier

Agathe FOURNIER has extensive experience in revenue management and distribution in the hospitality industry. Agathe has held various leadership roles in well-known companies such as Selina, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Accor, Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts North America, and Sofitel North America.

At Selina, Agathe served as the Global Head of Distribution and Revenue Management, overseeing revenue maximization for 111 properties worldwide.

As the Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, they were responsible for developing the topline strategy for two hotels in Singapore and the associated convention complex.

During their time at Accor, Agathe held two corporate leadership roles. Agathe managed a portfolio of 31 hotels as the LATAM Country Revenue Manager for Upscale & Lifestyle Brands, and later took on a similar role for Midscale Brands, overseeing 83 hotels.

Agathe also served as the Director of Revenue at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts North America, where they led revenue management strategies for a downtown hotel in Philadelphia.

Agathe began their career as a Front Office and Night Auditor at Evian Resort and also worked as a Market Analyst Manager at Sofitel North America.

Overall, Agathe FOURNIER has demonstrated expertise in revenue management, pricing, planning, and distribution optimization across multiple brands and regions in the hospitality industry.

Agathe FOURNIER obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Economics from Sorbonne University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Agathe then pursued their education further and earned a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management from IMUS-IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc in 2001-2002. Simultaneously, in the same year, they also completed an MSc. in Hotel Management from Technological University Dublin.
