Beatriz Ebert is a seasoned professional in guest experience management with a robust background in the hospitality industry, particularly at Selina from June 2019 to the present, where Beatriz has held multiple roles, including Experience Cluster Regional Manager for EMEA, managing properties in Germany and Portugal, and various experience management positions across Portugal and Germany. Responsibilities include overseeing content and programming design, coordinating with internal and external parties, managing staff, and fostering local community relations. Prior to Selina, Beatriz gained valuable experience at the Department for International Trade, UK Trade & Investment, and Livraria da Travessa, focusing on trade missions, market research, and administrative support.
