Ronald Briceño's work experience includes:
- From 2018 to present, they have been the Global Head of Destination at Selina. In this role, they have been responsible for designing and implementing the guest experience across 15 hotels in Costa Rica, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. Ronald has also provided guidance in various areas such as art, design, architecture, food and beverage, and retail.
- From 2014 to 2018, Ronald worked as a Creative & Marketing Director in a self-employed capacity.
- From 2001 to 2014, they served as a Creative Director at Jotabequ Grey. During this time, they focused on brand and portfolio building for British American Tobacco in Latin America and led communication and strategy for brands like Toyota, McDonald's, and Lucky Strike. Ronald received more than 30 national and international awards for their work.
Ronald Briceño obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which they pursued from 1996 to 2001. Later, in 2002, they completed their studies at the same university and obtained a Licentiate degree in Advertising.
