Francesca Marasca

Francesca Marasca currently serves as the Head of Impact at Banca Sella, where responsibilities include managing operations for Open Innovation Centers and leading the development of Innovation Impact strategies at the Group level. Previously, Francesca was the Program Manager for Impact Leadership at Collège des Ingénieurs Italia, focusing on post-MBA program development and mentoring in impact innovation. Experience at Merck Group involved roles as Sustainability Strategy Manager and Corporate Responsibility Associate Consultant, where Francesca contributed to company-wide strategy development and created new projects addressing sustainability and corporate responsibility. Earlier in the career, Francesca worked as a New Markets Consultant at TFE Energy, consulting for public authorities and NGOs, and as an Environmental Impact Researcher at Sapienza Università di Roma, assessing human impact on ecosystems. Francesca holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich and an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
