Angela Seeney

Angela Seeney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in transformation and technology across various sectors, including nuclear, oil and gas, and alternative energies. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Transformation at Sellafield Ltd since January 2017, Angela previously held the role of Executive Director at the Oil and Gas Authority, focusing on technology and supply chain strategies. Angela’s long tenure at Shell, spanning from 1986 to 2014, included leadership positions such as General Manager of Global Business Development for Alternative Energies, where responsibility encompassed business development and technology strategies for significant investments. Angela holds a Ph.D. in Science and Engineering from the University of Birmingham, complemented by a B.Sc. in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the same institution.
